ChiKA & 1999 Convention Web Updates

Better late than never!  I finally got the ChiKA Sept. auction results and
updated the Nov. meeting announcement posted on the web site.

Also, we've updated the 1999 Convention web site with a new design,
incorporating the convention logo.  There is also early hotel information
on the page.  Expect more information following the November ChiKA
meeting as the convention committee will have several announcements
ready at that time.
