I've noticed in recent newspaper inserts from the DIY stores (Menards,
Home Depot, etc.) that halogen shop lights are replacing the old standard
florescent bulb models.  Recent laws in the US have made the cheap
florescent bulbs obsolete. The pricing is about the same, $10 - $15.

Has anyone any experience with using these in their fishroom?
