I would be very careful using any detergent around fish. It can be deadly! I
would not feed anything to my fish that might have any trace or residue of
soap or detergent on it. In fact I never wash my hands with soap prior to
putting them anywhere near or in my tanks or equipment. I think most will
agree that this caution is warranted here. I would just hate to see a person
wipe out a tank of fish by not knowing this. I hope this doesn't come across
as too harsh, I only mention it to be helpful and to warn others.
