Re: Dehumidified Water

Hello group, this is Charles Harrison in St. Louis,

Just a reminder about water from the air conditioner. The air is
being filtered by the dehumidifyer and the air is being cleaned by the
condensing of the water from said air.
This cleaned air is great to breath, but the water is full of the
stuff out of the air. Now, this may not be a problem in a small area like a
basement, where the public, etc., does not visit often to bring in funky
bacteria and mold spores etc., and the water may be really clean. It is
certainly free of dissolved minerals, chlorine, etc. It is distilled water
from the air. I would recommend the water be filtered to clean it up, but
the quality is the same as rain water.
I have used it in the past when I needed really pure water, but I
filtered it through a 1/2 micron filter before I used it.
