Au contraire. A simple look through the roster shows 1/3 (approx) of
'people' listings with e-mail addresses. If you discount the 'institutional
listings' (universities, businesses, magazines and so forth), I believe
that _most members ARE online._ I made this same challenge to Ted K, who
has ducked, Harry. If the roster were in a form we could get access to
online, this would be simply proven (and, if what were online were up
to date, given the large influx of members from the Net this should be
easily proven again.) So, I challenge you to back up your statement. I think
you are being swayed by the minions of a dwindling minority of AKA members
who are _not_ online.
>and makes the project less accurate or useful. Some device has to be concocted

Not a problem. Most AKA members are online, this should be easy.
