	What temperature were the eggs kept at? Were they on the floor or near
an airconditioning outlet?

	I once had a batch of gardneri "obuduense" eggs take over five weeks to
hatch. They were on an out of the way table at the other end of a
townhouse basement distant from the fish tanks and the heat duct. Upon
investigation they were more than 10 degrees cooler than the tanks that
winter. They actually had to have endured temperatures which once in a
while even dipped into the high 50s F. I was more surprised that they
hatched at all then that it took them so long!
