TAKO Show and Auction Huge Success!

	With nearly 250 entries and more than 30 people in attendance it was the
biggest TAKO Show and Auction yet.  Dr. Donald Taphorn gave a presentation
at the show on Saturday afternoon and a second at the Banquet Saturday
evening.  Both of the programs were very interesting, and pictured many
beautiful fish from Venezuela.  Art Leuterman took Best Of Show, with a
magnificent pair of A. guineense, and Max Leuterman was Reserve Of Show
with a beautiful young pair of F. sjoestedti.  Could this be a dynasty
developing here?  We would like to thank Bill Lybarger (Austin Tx.), B.G.
Granier (Baker La.), Shawn Christian (Lubbock Tx.), David Jones (Dallas
Tx.), and Terry Doyle for not only attending, but helping to setup and take
down the show.  I don't know how we could have managed without their help. 
I would also like to thank the many folks out there who sent fish to make
this one of the largest AKA Affiliate Club shows in the country.  The show
results will be posted on the TAKO website as soon as the webmaster can
post them.
