Re: KillieTalk Digest V2 #272
I just purchased the first Killies I've had in about 15 years and decided this
time to try breeding them. I've been reading KilliTalk for a few weeks and
have read varing comments regarding problems arising from inbreeding. One
breeder told me that it's not a problem with Killies because their genetic
diversity starts very low and they are all nearly clones.
Will someone please clarify this issue. Do I find other pairs of the same
varieties and switch them to avoid breeding brothers and sisters or is it
acceptable to inbreed?
