The ndianum eggs, in keeping with most of the gardneri allies and
relatives, can be put on moist peat for a while (around 4 weeks?), but
they can also be spawned with conventional mops and water incubation. I
was fortunate in raising them with plants and a peat mossed substrait in
a so called natural set up. I did get more females than males.
Like any big Fundulopanchax they need room to rumble. Females and
non-dominent males could use hiding places. One can get crazy with the
bigger Fundulopanchax when it comes to quarters, but few killie people
can provide them with tanks too large for them to be comfortable in.
All the best,
Scott
