The advantage of individual replies is that they are more easily found when a
person saves them because you can search for titles (for example, tubifex) in
your archives. Killietalk Digest as a title doesn't lend itself to searching
for subject matter. Maybe there are IBM or MAC based search protocols that
search for keywords in the text rather than in the title, I'm not aware of any
for the MAC.
