Killies on Airplanes
A few days ago there was a thread on transporting killies on airplanes
as carry on luggage (I'm sorry I can't recall which killie list it was on.
That's one of the inherent problems with 2 lists). Yesterday, I was
talking to Magilla about bags and it occurred to me that this situation
would be an ideal time for the Kordon breathable bags (which was
discussed a month or so ago on one of the lists.. I don't recall which...).
The one suggestion was to pack killies in bags about 1/3 water and 2/3
air (or so). The 2/3 air takes up a lot of space in the bag. If you used the
Kordon bags, you could easily double the amount of fish you're carrying
(and double the amount of money you'll spend at the convention <g>).
