Lee, there seems to be some confusion here about the killietalk email list
and the killies list. These are two separate lists that are devoted to
discussion of killifish. The killies list has been around for a number of
years and is maintained by Richard Sexton. It has no official connection
with the AKA. Some months ago the AKA BOT authorized me to establish the
killietalk list, which is the one this message is appearing on. Killietalk
is officially sponsored by the AKA and is monitored by a number of BOT
members. One difference between the two lists is that killietalk is
moderated, meaning that I read all messages, but do NOT screen them before
they are posted to the list. In the event that someone behaves in an
offensive manner I would ask them to stop, and if they did not, I would
remove them. I am very glad to say that this has not happened and
killietalk is a polite and respectful forum to discuss issues related to
killies.

So, you should not expect messages posted to one list to appear on the
other. They are separate and independent, and there is no cross posting.
Hope this helps.

Barry
