You should be able to find info on these guys on the Carolina Biologicals page:

They sell them. They are easy to culture. Just put them in whole wheat
flour and watch them breed. The larvae are a pain in the butt to collect. I
used to try to seive them out with a strainer, but they took too much of my
time and I gave up on them.
