Research Materials

I would like to ask a question(s) borne largely out of ignorance
but,nevertheless.
Using as an example 1996 killi data (J.Huber) entries
for a fish I maintain, Nothobranchius vosseleri, one see's three entries:
Wildekamp, RH. 1977a, Rosenstock, J. 1995., and Ahl, E. 1924b. I would
like to read
these three articles. Are they available through the
library committee? If so, would it not be helpful that
the Library Committee chair be directly linked on the front page directory
of the AKA site (and the chair/contact for all the specialty committees)?
If articles such as these are not available from the library committee what
can be done to increase the expanse of the AKA data base? Could we not put
"key" research references translated and online?

Now I have in my hand a paper received from Dr. Anthony
Echelle on southwest inland pupfishes that is quite good and not referenced
in killi data. To whom in the
AKA do I send this reprint? Likewise, for example,I understand that there is
new work by R. Wildekamp and B. Watters being published in a foreign journal
dealing with issues of description of N. vosseleri. Is this actively
tracked down and deposited for reference?

I would suggest that authors or others who find pertinent new work use this
forum to announce its
whereabouts.

Any clarification regarding any of these matters would
be appreciated.

Thanks,
