Well I'm not Harry but I also agree.
My nothos are fed a staple of brine shrimp suplimented with daphnia
once a week and: they are fed flake once a day! And they eat it as
greedily as the brine shrimp!
I use Nutrifin's (spelling!) brine shrimp flake in conjunction with
my run-of-the-mill-buy-it-by-the-ton staple flake food. I have even
maintained nothos on a no-live-food-diet with just the normal flake
(which he had to fight the angels for).
Flake can be used dispites the myths that exist. But don't expect
them to start eating flake after a life time of live food, it's the
equvilant of you going from roast leg of lamb to cheese and crackers:
naturally we'll be very depressed and might even go on a hunger
strike....
Thanks for your time, I'm sure I've gone over my 2c worth but it was
prbably worth it to some one.
