Re: [Killietalk] Crocodile tears...

After today I will no longer subscribe to killietalk. I am sick of all of the complaining and whining that has been posted on it. It is not why I subscribed to it and I am sure that is not why it was started. I have not seen anything come across killietalk that has much to do with keeping killiefish for some time now. Occasionally someone actually posts a relative comment or question. But by far most of it has little to do with raising killies. I have over 60 tanks and they require a lot of my time to keep them up for my fish. I do not have time for the garbage that comes across killietalk. I do not want to be a part of it in any way so this is my last post. If anyone wants to contact me about something that actually has something to do with killlies they can conact me off list or thru the AKA forums. After seeing what killietalk has transpired to, I am glad it will be discontinued.

Just a friendly reminder.

Larry B posted:
As far as the forums, I don't particularly like them, whether on the
AKA site or with any other group I am a part of. Of all the different
special interest groups I belong to the only one that has a forum
that really works for all is a computer developers group I have bee
involved with more than 20 years. But hey they are computer
professionals, you would expect that.

As is well documented in the KT archives, Larry's one of the folks that took another id to post incendiaries about AKA for some inexplicable reason and, eventually, was caught at it.

So, take everything he says with a sizable grain of salt. Trolls hate forums. My guess is this sad person has to behave on his developer group board because they're savvy enough to have prevented trolling, and is regretting his actions that in no small way helped urge the BOT to move to the forum model.
