[Killietalk] Last Post
M,
I agree Michael, the "latest posts" button is the BEST!!! I personally LOVE the forum style, it is much more user friendly than the crappy old Listserv-type format that KT was on-especially in the digest format I was getting!!!! it was very hard to read anyway. This will be my last posting to KT. I will try to set my forum registration up to send notices when threads I participate in are in use, so I can stay current on just the stuff I am interested in. I will also be happy to start moderating the Lampeyes forum should that position still need filling. If there is a way to add a latest posts option, that would be great!!
Good bye,

There has been alot said about the difficulties of navigating a forum as
compared to having email just arrive in your inbox.
My subjective opinion is that the look of the forum is actually much better
now than it was in previous incarnations, and wouldn't be too hard to get
used to. But my IMHO is really neither here nor there...
As has been pointed out by several people already, there are options for
being notified of new posts by email. One question I have, that I thought I
would ask here so everyone benefits, is there or will there be a 'new posts'
button, so people can see all posts that have been made since they last
logged in? This is a very useful feature, which negates the complaint of
having to wade through forums.
Thanks,
Michael
