Perhaps if the site did not use frames or fancier formatting, there would be
more room on a page for what the page is to provide.  I do not know a lot
about webpage fabrication but KISS is always a preferred format to me.  If
forums do provide a "subscriber" function to receive notification of a new
post, they should be great and serve those real functions killietalk
provided.
