The BKA newsletter is currently looking at publishing an article on 
Fp.fallax Fifinda. Can anyone send a photo of the yellow form which we could 
use in the BKA newsletter? Obviously you would be credited.

Are these still being maintained in the US? What about the orange form or 
the CI 98 & 99 commercially collected codes?
