thanks for the offer to help. This committee will be headed by Art
Leutermann's son, Max. Max is young (about 19 or 20 and very bright. I
will advise him to contact you regarding your participation in the
project. He can tell you more about the program but it is, indeed, an
Access db.

I've been developing Access applications for state government for 20 years.
I'm equally comfortable with GUI development, SQL based report generation
and all the Visual basic application code needed to be able to patch it all
together. Let me know if you would like some (free) help with this project.
