[Killietalk] Delaying hatching of non-annual eggs
Someone (Bill?) mentioned putting aphy eggs on peat delays hatching.
I need to re-ship elegans eggs to 2 folks in Europe, problem is they are
on/off egg layers and my hatch time (for some reason) is about 10-12 days
(if that)
.are elegans eggs "eligible" for peat storage or are they like
chromeaphyosemions and simply dissolve in 7days?
.and if so, can anybody guess how long of a collection window will I get ?
Help/advise needed soon; over developed eggs are pilling up ;-(
.2nd question: what is the approx/avg incubation time for congicum? Mine
seem to take 21-30 days @ >72F (seems awfully long for a non-annual)
