Hi Karl,

A couple thoughts ...

The BNL F&E List is a PRIVATE listing for MEMBERS of the American Killifish 
Association.  I guess one of the benefits of being the member of any 
organization is you have access to things non-members do not.  I also 
believe it would be very hard to police non-members and be an added problem 
for a volunteer to have to deal with the unscrupulous listers.  I suspect 
there is more to that job than just banning them if they misbehave.  It 
would also open up the question - if sellers do not have to be members to 
sell, then do buyers have the same right to use the AKA BNL Listings?

If they go to Aquabid - which I am sure many who list there are not AKA 
members, the only protection buyers have is minimal.  Its a buyer beware 
situation no matter how hard the owners of Aquabid try (my example is how 
many bags of eggs does it take to get a hatch and are the sellers obligated 
to replace bad bags of eggs?).
