Used machines may become readily available, as they age and no longer 
pass tight medical certification. Prices may not be all that bad, if so.

The concentrators are very simple machines that use two zeolite 
cannisters to recharge one while delivering from the other. They suck 
oxygen out of the air under pressure and deliver it concentrated to the 
user.

They are extremely dangerous around smokers, BTW.
