I am glad to hear that I am not the only one having problems with Karma
Farms. My first order thru them and paypal was over $100 and after making
the dispute a claim they finally sent the product after a month. Most of the
cultures were bad and did not live.

So I figured they may have mended their ways since it was the Christmas
season when I did the order. So I ordered a couple green water cultures from
them before ordering anything else and guess what the service is just as bad
if not worse (no status, no shipping info, no communication and will not
reply at all to emails). Their phone number and email address on paypal are
bogus. If you try to send an email to that address it will bounce. So
another claim into paypal and wait, wait, wait. I informed paypal that they
should do us all a favor and ban Karma Farms from doing business thru
paypal.

Karma Farms seems to have a GAS attitude and will gladly except your money
but give you nothing in return. Never again will I do business with them.
Just wish I could find a better source of the same type items that is
customer friendly and wants to be of service.
