According to the COE write up on the web pages:
The F&E Chairman, or the BOT, can elect to punish an offending member by barring further listings in the BNL or by requiring that a performance bond be posted, amount to be determined by the F&E Chairman.
Whether this applies to non BNL listings is a debatable point. Nevertheless, an AKA member, in any venue, should (not must) adhere to the same guidelines. Certainly, word of mouth and peer pressure can be very significant.
