i just wanted to say that i have asked paypal to issue me a refund since i got no response from them,i dont think she is a bad person but i do think that in buisness you should stay in contact with your customers throughout the transaction and delivery whether its 10 dollars or 100 dollars,if you treat customers good,they come back,i dont mind paying a bit more,im all about service,this is my first encounter with them and that has left a bad taste in my mouth,i now deal with someone else and there service is great,i just hope she gets a message from this experience and trys to be attentive to her customers.
