If you are looking for foam try PlecoCaves.com and SwissTropicals.com. They both sell Poret foam which is considered by some the best stuff out there. SwissTropicals is a US site, so don't worry about out the country shipping costs. I guess most of Europe is using the that foam with great success. I've just started using it and like it very much myself.
