Disclaimer: all this fancy junk don't mean jack if your fish look like hell
(and currently mine do) <chuckle>
-the "fry boxes" themselves are just a shameless copy from the AKA site
(nylon barb, o-ring, and 1/2" male adapter w/plug)
-the spray bar is just 1/2" pvc drilled so those cheapo green airline
connectors fit snug (important: I use those green type b-cuz they are "soft"
enuff to compress into a slightly smaller hole, AND the type of plastic they
are mad of works well w/super glue)
-the "wet/Dry" part is simply a 10gal, with a "Rubbermaid" 5 gal clear tote
(name brand is important because that particular brands shape overhands a
10gal perfectly)...I drilled holes in the bottom and filled it with ceramic
macaroni thingies, a plexiglass drip plate is on tope of the bio-balls
-a 800GPH Rio can take about 4ft of "head" and deliver a good spray to about
16 boxes
-Return water is 1" PVC with 3/4" holes

               Any chance of getting a close up pic.of your fry  and 
filtration setup? I'm in the middle of building one myself and could use a 
ton of help.
