Matt,  I have in the past used several reptile grade tanks for  
killies, mostly fives and tens, and filled them to within an inch of  
the fronts glass top rim, with no problems. A twenty may prove to be  
more challenging with the pressure difference but, put a heavier bead  
of silicon seal over the original and give it a fill and I would bet  
willing to bet it would work just fine. Or, use it for Dart Frogs  
which are a very attractive addition to any fishroom.  ; )
