Re: [Killietalk] Whats best to use for a killi recirculating / sump water filtration system?

Hi Jim,

I use the drip irrigation flag emitters for my system. That way, all
the tanks get the same flow for the same size rated emitter.

For the drains, use a gasket punch to cut plugs out of articulated
foam. Can do a large number in 15 minutes. I put these into the
elbow fitting used as a drain. In tanks without peat, they last for
many months to many years (I have some that are still in use at 10
years). I do not bother to clean them since they are so easy to make
but one could if they so chose to do so.
