(Yup, he is back!)
Last time we were at a convention together (around 1970 in Passaic NJ at the
Howard Johnson's. If you were there you may remember the auction being held
from the Balcony with bidders in the parking lot! He brought a bunch of wild
killies he collected in West Africa. Super specimens.
Please email me to let me know if you can bring some. Also, Gerald has a
ton of Fp sjoestedti and E. annulatus if anyone is interested. Hate to
bring a bunch if they are not in demand. He and I are coming up together on
Friday so I need to know in time to condition the fish. (also has a bunch
of Cory sterbi) Please contact me today if possible.

Hi Shene,
I was at that convention too. I don't remember the auction from the
balcony. I do remember the sight of the
swamp across the road and you could see old auto tires floating in it! The
food was great there. You could see the Twin Towers in New York against the
skyline. That was when they were fairly new and looked great. Good to hear that
Gerald is back in the hobby. I think that there will be other people
interested in some Fp. sjoestedi and E. annulatus at the convention. My guess is that
he should bring at least 3 prs. each for the fish sale room. You can't tell
what they will bring but I heard people think prices will be high. With so
many fish in the fish sale room my bet is that they will be lower than people
think. That is a lot of fish to move! Everyone should benefit.

Sincerely,

Sandy
