Sounds like you may be referring to the convention that we (MAKA) hosted 
around that time at the Howard Johnsons in Saddle Brook, NJ.  I would just like to 
comment, that as incredible as this may seem -- many of those auction bids 
were on par with todays bids in $ numbers, but in 1970's dollars.  So if you 
think that some of today's bids are high (and sometimes they have been), consider 
what those Killies were going for in those days in real 1970's dollars.  Ray
