Cite guidelines to me ? It was I who was pointing out the difference between
By-laws and guidelines because clearly certain members are not aware of
that. It is because I AM familiar with the guidelines that I posted that
correction regarding the alleged infringement of the By-laws by the N&RSC in
the first place.

Please do not insult my intelligence, I may not agree with you on certain
aspects of procedure but I am familiar with the By-laws AND the guidelines
for the operation of committees and the BOT.
