Re: [Killietalk] ] New arrivals for N&RS Sales at the convention

I REPEAT
Could you please provide for me the exact Article, Section number and Item
number in the By-Laws where that statement about the N&RSC comes from.

18.0   AKA PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS

 NEW & RARE SPECIES
To obtain new, rare and/or wild species of killifish for distribution in the AKA at the lowest possible cost.  As these species are obtained, they will be listed for sale in the BNL.

The information comes from Section 18 of the BOT Operations Manual.

HA HA - made you LOOK!!!!    : )

As Tom Grady has already pointed out, that statement that you provide comes
from the BOT operating guidelines (and the listing of general operating
guidelines for committees) and NOT from the AKA By-laws. There is a vast
difference between guidelines and By-laws. This whole issue is now being
twisted to justify an originally misinformed claim that the N&RSC infringed
the By-laws. That was not the case and it was that claim that I challenged.

If you are going to argue a point I suggest that you get your facts right
before you do so and address the original point of contention.

This is also my last word on this matter, I have better things to do with my
time.
