Could you please provide for me the exact Article, Section number and Item
number in the By-Laws where that statement about the N&RSC comes from.
That statement may have been part of the description of the committee but I
don't think it is part of the By-Laws. There are only 5 committees or
functions that, according to the By-Laws, are permanent and absolutely
required. These are listed under item 6.4 of the By-Laws and the N&RSC is
not one of them.
Please be aware that in this response I am not arguing about the usefulness
(or otherwise) of a N&RSC but am addressing your contention that there has
been an infringement of the By-Laws. I would also like to emphasize that my
opinions expressed here are done so as an individual and not on behalf of
the BOT.
