     My two cents opinion. New and rare does not mean every specimen has to 
be both New and Rare but that they should be New or Rare. Collection codes on 
these fish makes them new, even if the species is not new or rare.
     My thanks to the efforts by the Convention committee to enhance the 
Convention experience by providing these killies.
