Re: [Killietalk] convention - Cant resist saying it!!

Who's stopping you? Sure, you can go, you'll just have to buy your plane ticket, admission ticket, hotel room, etc...but you'd probably rather be in Syracuse around that time.
On a fish-related note: I had a request to send killie eggs to the netherlands. Anyone ever done it before? I had a bad experience shipping to Singapore (as in, I dont know if the box ever got there), and I'd hate to have that happen again. The eggs would be krypt. marmoratus. I assume I can incubate these in peat for a bit without trouble (heck, the fish was out of the water on the side of the tank when I got back from class earlier, I'm sure the eggs can do dry-storage just fine). However, I'm not sure what the procedure really is with shipping eggs overseas. Any experience/advice would be great. But you probably want to put a new subject header on it so we dont get really confused.
Thanks!

Wow, I haven't stopped laughing yet...
And yes, Jim, and it's not only killie people who thought that...there were several occasions out on the job.

Getting slightly back to topic, I hope all who attend enjoy the convention. I sure will miss it. I'd complain, but the wedding is just outside Disneyland...not much to complain about there.
