A couple of considerations to keep in mind are (a) what is the maximum 
temperature reached (in some cases it is 110 degrees), and (b) is it 
reusable. Reusable acetate heat packs can be boiled for 15 minutes and then 
used again, but I don't know if they get too hot or are too expensive.
