  Hi again,
  I am not responsible for deciding over-seas fees in any European society so I cannot do anything about that complaint.
  I am just pointing out that AKA saves at a minimum 12 USD per year by sending BNL electronically. 
  Actually, AKA saves more than 24 USD per year if the BNL was earlier mailed separately from the JAKA. 
  If the case had been so then it is half of the over-seas fee. 
  Should this circumstance not be considered?
