[Killietalk] over-seas membership

  Hi AKA members,
  I would like to question the present cost for over-seas membership.
  The over-seas membership costs 48 USD and that is 22 USD more than paid in the US.
  The excess fee was justified because of the more expensive postage to send BNL and JAKA abroad. 
  That is for 12 monthly issues of the Business Newsletter and 6 bimonthly issues of the Journal of the American Killifish Association.
  Lately, the BNL turned electronic and JAKA was reduced to 3 double issues per year. 
  That is a lot of postage saved and even if JAKA goes back to bimonthly issues I still feel we are paying too much at the moment.
