Re: [Killietalk] Austrolebias appai “Villa Soriano”
I have Aus. appaii "Villa Soriano". It is a fairly easy species and can be
bred and raised in typical Austrolebias fashion. It was one of the many
fish once ID'ed as Aus. bellottii and around the hobby on and off. I use a
4 month incubation and then check the eggs for development. Generally, I
have found this fish will have mexed periods of incubation - some eggs are
ready before others, so its a very good idea to remove the peat with 48
hours after hatching.
Hope this helps,
Tom Grady

Saludos:
I will be getting some Austrolebias appai “Villa Soriano” today... a web
search yielded no results. Do any listers keep these? Any information on
them will be really appreciated. I think the species name may be
misspelled.
Thanks,
Pablo
