In order to bring fish into the United States you have to have a license
from the Fish and Wildlife department.  You must inform them of the shipment
before it is shipped and then have it inspected upon arrival.   This is to
protect us from exotic species of fish and disease.  I paid a $1025 fine for
a shipment that was discovered.  I want no part of that again.
