Or you could put the dryish peat and eggs in a glass container, add water
, swirl it around and watch the dense eggs drop to the bottom while the
peat is still floating. I call this method " fining". Like "fining"
homemade wine where the detritus settles ( after binding with alum) to
the bottom. This very fast method is used by many people including Mr.
Rosario LaCorte and Mr. Dan Katz.
