Ray - it only makes sense to have the link there where people that are
browsing the F&E L are already looking. It makes no sense to me to have it
under "Programs" - it's not really a program. I would expect to see under 
Programs" stuff like KEY, KAP and KHY rules. The Maier Fund is fine there.
But Code of Ethics? Not really.

Geez, you guys are just starting to miss me now? I haven't been to a MAKA
meeting in over a year! I guess some of the guys see enough of me at KKG
meetings. And it's not likely that I'll be at one any time soon considering
it is now a 2.5 hr drive for me. On a weekend, maybe. But not a week night.
Oh well.
