Just clarify a point regarding the above statement.....

The AKA Code of Ethics was written as a guide for members who exchange fish
and eggs through the F&E listings in the BNL. While it is expected that
members who conduct private sales or exchanges of fish or eggs (i.e. not
through the F&E listings) would follow the C of E, the "AKA" cannot take
action against any offenders in such private arrangements.
