[Killietalk] Any experiences with the "EdenPure" Room Heater

I need to heat my home fish room, as the low temps this Winter are hurting me. 
Normally, I would use a kerosene heater (out of habit, I suppose), but, for
various reasons, this is not currently an option.  I've seen ads and have
received some brochures on a "Quartz Infrared Portable Heater" by EdenPure.  It
sounds, wonderful, of course, but the price is very high compared to the more
ordinary electric heaters I could buy in various discount stores.

So... I'm wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with this heater?
 Is it worth the buy-in (roughly $400) or is it just hype?

P.S.  Never, ever, choose a fish room in the summer..!  I should have ripped all
the paneling out and put in some real insulation, but no...I had to be in a
hurry...
