Please note that evolution is simply defined as "descent with modification".
It doesn't matter if the selection pressure is due to habitat change,
predation, competition or human interference. The difference you suggest is
the classical creationist red herring that microevolution and macroevolution
are two different things. (I am not saying that you are a creationist, but
this is also one of their arguments.) We can easily observe microevolution
so it is undeniable. However macroevolution occurs at a time frame longer
than recorded history, so it cannot be observed directly. There are plenty
of indirect observations supporting macroevolution and no evidence that the
mechanisms differ between micro- and macroevolution.

It looks more like selective breeding to me, not
evolution. Evolution suggests natural selection as far as I am concerned.
