That's a good start formula, Jim.
If your water tends to be soft, a dash of baking soda (sodium
bicarbonate) will be needed to prevent low pH (which they die in).
The Epsom Salt is not vital, IME. I don't do a lot at a time, so use a
commercial reef-tank mix of salts. Those usually buffer high, so no
baking soda is required and they provide all the Mg that is needed, plus
other trace elements.
Use less salt for quicker hatch, and more for slower.
