Anyone who has a problem with what it costs or how long it is taking can 
always take their business elsewhere. Nobody is forced to buy any volumes 
and there has been no groundswell of dissatifaction that I've ever seen. 
Anyone who thinks he can make better decisions for the AKA should win a seat 
on the BOT and take his arguments there. It would be nice if those who so 
often find fault would also take the time, just once in a while, to say 
"Nice job and thanks."
