Karl,

I suspect that your orange Kayuni is the result of a cross (inadvertant ?)
with either the Chunga or Nega Nega populations at some stage. I have seen
hundreds of wild Kayuni fro numerous locations and bred hundreds as well and
never seen any orange off-spring like the one in your photo.
